Job Description :The Logistics Analyst position will perform the following duties:

• Identifies and evaluates opportunities to grow backhaul and logistics income in a defined geographic area. 
• Negotiates carriers contracted freight rates, implementing programs and the management and evaluation of line-haul carriers to increase revenues and optimize profitability.
• Prepares and approves carrier bills, resolves complaints, and coordinates activities across departments

Required Qualifications :Must be local, not a remote position.
High School Diploma or Equivalent

• 1-2 years' experience in Logistics or related field. 
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with great attention to detail. 
• Job will require organizational skills and consistent communication with other departments.
• Successful candidate will be able to multi-task and prioritize.
• Microsoft Office exp. (New Grads Welcome)
• Preferred Qualifications :Foodservice experience a plus.
